Creative Flexspace
The beautifully restored firehouse in San Leandro is a versatile space that can be used for hosting events and conferences.
This space is a retired firehouse, offering multiple suites, conference rooms, and event spaces, appealing open work spaces, and a full kitchen / self serving café. We also offer an abundance of parking, including accessible parking.
Amenities included in the subscription at The Ember Collective include high-speed internet, access to coffee and tea, use of all common areas, and access to the full kitchen for any catering needs.
Event Space
There are two event spaces, one being the warehouse where the fire trucks would come in, with large garage doors that could be opened or closed. This ample space is used as a yoga studio that can be used for multiple types of events. The endless possibilities include parties with 75 people, yoga workshops/classes, a larger conference space, seminars, classes, and photography.
The second event space, is a cozy, intimate space that can seat up to 30 people. This versatile space is perfect for small gatherings, workshops, and networking events.
For weekend bookings, kindly note that the medium and large event spaces have a minimum booking requirement of $1,500 to ensure the best experience for your event.

Conference Rooms
The Ember Collective has two conference rooms. The first is 600 sq. feet with a clean, modern feel that can accommodate six people. The second is an open space with a large conference table for ten people. This unique conference table has a top that can come off, and it is then a pool table.
Whole Venue
The Ember Collective offers the opportunity to rent the whole venue, providing exclusive access to both the spacious event areas. This option is ideal for larger events that require flexibility and privacy. You’ll have access to the expansive warehouse space, perfect for hosting large gatherings, workshops, or exhibitions, along with the cozy, intimate event space for breakout sessions or smaller activities. Whether you’re planning a multi-faceted event, a corporate retreat, or a large-scale celebration, renting the whole space ensures a seamless, customizable experience tailored to your needs.
