What began as a vision during the pandemic has grown into a hub for entrepreneurs, meetings, and events, featuring warm mid-century modern design with industrial character and greenery.

Blue Green Glass Room

Rate: $200/hr

Warehouse Space

Maximum Capacity: 50
Rate: $250/hr weekends | $175/hr weekdays

Flexible for larger group meetings, trainings, presentations, baby showers, birthdays, repasts, photoshoots, yoga classes.

Whole Venue

Maximum Capacity: 75
Rate: $350/hr weekends | $250/hr weekdays

Presentations, workshops, trainings, large events, recreation leagues, awards ceremonies, sporting events and fundraisers.

Centrally located, quick access to freeway and lots of local retail establishments around. Housed in the former firestation of San Leandro, TEC boasts of high ceilings, spacious multi-purpose rooms, ample parking and most of all, a very responsive admin staff. Ideal for business gatherings, video and photoshoots, parties -- you can even rent space as a regular office or desk. Highly recommended!

I use their virtual office offering for my business and I also have an option of using their physical offices and  event areas for hosting any of my client meetings.
