What’s New This Summer at The Ember Collective

As the season shifts, so do we. Summer brings with it fresh energy, new ideas, and exciting additions to our community space. Whether you’re planning an event, yoga, team building, conferences and seminars, looking for creative time, or just want to dance, there’s something new waiting for you at The Ember Collective.

Boots on the Ground: Monthly Line Dancing Nights

Our Mother’s Day special event last May 9 was such a hit that we’re bringing it back regularly! Join us every 3rd Friday of the month for Boots On The Ground, our signature line dancing class.

Kim, our fantastic teacher who led the event, will guide you step-by-step through each sequence, making it easy and fun whether you’re a total beginner or a seasoned dancer. You’ll love the music, energy, and connection. It’s just $15 for a two-hour session, from 7:00 PM to 9:00 PM. Bring your boots, your friends, and let’s dance.

If you’re interested in hosting your own Boots on the Ground event for a private birthday party, bridal shower, or any other occasion, that option is also available.

Introducing: Our New Experience Packages

We’ve created a new series of thoughtfully curated space rental packages designed to simplify your planning and elevate your event experience.

  • The Gather 50 & The Gather 75: Ideal for parties and social events, these include flexible setup time, cleanup time, and built-in seating for up to 50 or 75 guests. These packages are available for both the warehouse space and the whole venue.

  • The Focus 50: Tailored for retreats and workshops, this includes our new projector, a welcome table, and a quiet, focused atmosphere for up to 50 guests.

  • The Frame Session: Perfect for content creators and photographers, this gives access to natural light, versatile studio space, and creative freedom. These packages are available for both the warehouse space and the whole venue.

  • The Honor 50 & The Honor 75: Designed for memorials and sacred gatherings, these packages support meaningful reflection with appropriate setup time, flexible seating, and peaceful space. These packages are available for both the warehouse space and the whole venue.

These options were made to give you more clarity and value when booking with us.

New Equipment for Elevated Experiences

We’ve added a few new pieces to support your events and creative work:

  • Projector: Available with the Focus 50 package, ideal for workshops, presentations, or immersive visuals.

  • Rolling Tables: Easily movable for flexible layouts in any room.

  • Speaker: Great sound quality for music, announcements, or ambiance.

  • Backdrops: Available for photoshoots and content sessions currently offered as an add-on, but may soon be part of The Frame Session.
