Spring Solstice Restorative Yoga and Sound Bath: Embrace Balance, Renewal, and Light with a Guided Practice
Join me for a special invitation to a guided meditation, pranayama, and restorative yoga practice led by me. We will be graced by a soothing sound bath from the fabulous Lori to celebrate the spring equinox.
Equinoxes represent a beautiful balance when day and night are nearly equal, as the Earth’s axis rests neither toward nor away from the sun. This is a wonderful opportunity to honor the light and dark within us, embracing the wisdom that arises from both. What can we spring forth from these teachings? As we enter this vibrant season, we awaken to a surge of creative energy within our minds and bodies. Spring symbolizes rebirth, renewal, and hope. Heralding the triumph of light over darkness. We must shine a light on the less conscious aspects of ourselves, creating space to invite fresh prana into our body and mind.
In this shared practice, we will explore pranayama ujjai 1 observing the breath, meditation to observe the mind’s distractions, and restorative poses that nurture our being.

Garden in front and water feature with lotuses
The ideal time to seed your spring garden is right after the last frost date in your area, when the soil has warmed up, typically in early spring.
It’s time to plant your seeds! We’re excited to announce that The Ember Collective is growing lotus from seed. We started this project indoor a few weeks a go. Look at how they are already sprouting.
We will be enhancing the front garden this March by doing some new plant designs, adding wild flower seeds, and a beautiful water feature with our lotuses. Don’t miss the journey, follow us on social media to see how it all unfolds!
We already have some nastiriums that have reseeded and are thriving.
Just like The Ember, the lotuses are growing.
